Snap hook with a long pull loop in climber-quality for 5 more new and advanced exercises. The Iso-Hook loop extends the standard pull straps of Isokinators. As a result, there are many new ways of training. Officially tested and authorized by Koelbel Training Research are at first 5 special exercises.
- Chest muscle definition (M2E)
- Upper vs. lower body combat training (M6C)
- Upper back muscles (M5E)
- Upper back workout (M5F)
- Shoulder and trapezius muscles (M4D)
These exercises are included in the current training manual. The manual comes with every newly ordered Isokinator. The individual exercises can also be viewed in the "Isokinator in Action" video.
The Iso-Hook is designed for all Isokinator models and is equally portable.
