We will ship your order by DHL Premium Service or with standard letter by local postal service. The shipping costs are included in all prices. In most countries outside the European Community there will be extra costs for duties, VAT and taxes you as the buyer is responsible for. You are the importer of the goods, so you are responsible for the additional fees in your country. Sorry, but we can't calculate these additional costs for you in advance. 

Payment - how to pay your order

For the payment at Koelbel Training, you can choose for these options:

Secure online payments with Visa, Master Card or American Express. Via an absolutely secure interface, you come at the end of the ordering process to our credit card payment provider STRIPE. Without further registration, you can easily and safely enter there your credit card information. We do not see or do not store your credit card information. We get from STRIPE only one release code and send your order immediately.

The widespread internet payment system where you can refuel with a credit card, your PayPal account. Again, the advance payment will be made as soon as the order. We appreciate so much confidence.

No risk - 30 days trial time

Starting after receiving the package you have enough time to check and test the goods of your delivery.

Here is the short form for the long, legal regulations: Send the package back after 30 days at the latest if you are not satisfied. You can use the Isokinator without restrictions during this test period.
